§ 1 Scope and Contractual Partner
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for digital products and services between Alexander Block, ManiaX Labs (the “Provider”) and the customer.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract and Delivery
(1) The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order.
(2) The contract is concluded when the Provider sends an order confirmation via email.
(3) Digital products are delivered electronically (e.g., download link or login access) immediately after payment.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
Prices at the time of the order apply. Payment methods include those listed on the website (Credit Card via Revolut/Stripe, PayPal).
§ 4 Usage Rights
The Provider grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the digital content for personal, private use only. Commercial redistribution is prohibited.
